Shipping & returns

At Neogrid, we want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. That's why we offer free shipping for all products that are not marked as "Bulky". For bulky products, we will contact you after you place your order to arrange the best shipping option and fee for you.

We ship all our products from our Australian warehouse within two business days. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once the item is returned and approved we will apply your refund.

If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return and replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged products. Please note that we may need to inspect the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
